The Cummins 250 Series Installation Kit with Toolbox provides a comprehensive set of tools for installing copper injector sleeves in Cummins 250 series engines. The kit includes a sleeve seat cutter, roll-in tool, drive-in tool, various gauges for precise measurements, and cleaning tools. Note that sleeve removal tools are sold separately.

The Cummins 250 Series Installation Kit with Toolbox is a comprehensive set of high-quality tools, made in the USA by Irontite Products, for installing copper injector sleeves in Cummins 250 series engines.

Installation Process Highlights: Clean the seat, apply sealant (sold separately) and an O-ring (not included), drive in the new sleeve, expand the sleeve end with the roll-in tool (using quality motor oil), cut the seat using the seat cutter and gauge (with “EA” Lube, sold separately), and check tip protrusion.

Important Note: Sleeve removal tools are not included in this kit and must be ordered separately (Part # 415-6132-50 for Cummins 250 series copper sleeves).
