The Van Norman Flywheel Grinder has replaceable threads located in the center of the table. Over time the mounting threads of your center hole will wear and become damaged. You can remove the threaded insert and replace it with this insert. 
The Locktite RED holds this threaded insert in place and can easily be reversed by using some heat to break the bond and replace the insert for a fresh set of threads.
