How the Basic Kit Is Used (Process Overview)

1. Remove the Old Sleeve

   • With the head removed from the engine, insert the pilot tip of the sleeve removal tool into the small opening at the combustion‑chamber end of the sleeve.
   • Ensure it is seated and held square to the sleeve.
   • Tap with a hammer to drive the sleeve out toward the injector bore on the top side of the head.

2. Clean the Bore and Tip Area

   • Use the combo large brush to clean the upper injector sleeve bore and face area.

3. Prepare the New Sleeve
